What is Trustpair?

Trustpair is a payment fraud prevention platform for large companies that checks supplier bank details before money is sent. It was founded in 2017 by Baptiste Collot, Alexandre Gillier and Simon Elcham, is registered in Paris and has offices in New York, Paris and London. The platform verifies that an account belongs to the intended supplier at onboarding, when account details change and before payment is authorised, with bank account validation in 190 countries. It also monitors the vendor database continuously and verifies payment files. It connects to ERP, treasury management and procurement systems through 20+ native connectors, including SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, Coupa and Ivalua, as well as by API and SFTP. Trustpair says it serves more than 600 organisations. In August 2026 Basware signed a binding agreement to acquire Trustpair, with completion expected later in 2026.
